Project support: Coordinate and follow up on projects and initiatives within SUA.
Administration: Be responsible for ongoing administrative tasks, such as handling contracts, budget monitoring, and contact lists.
Planning: Organize meetings, workshops, and events, and ensure that all details are in place.
Communication: Be the point of contact for external and internal actors and be responsible for the project team's internal communication.
Documentation: Ensure that all relevant documentation is updated and easily accessible, including minutes and project reports.
Management support: Assist SUA's management with meeting planning, documentation, and reporting.
Has experience in administrative work and project coordination.
Is organized and detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and create structure.
Has a knack for expressing themselves and enjoys being in contact with many different people and organizations.
Has a problem-solving attitude, likes to take initiative, and gets things done.
Has good knowledge of digital tools for administration and communication, project management tools, and digital meeting platforms.
Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required, as the role involves communication in both languages.
