Business Developer – Competence Provision & Collaboration

Do you want to be part of shaping the skills supply of the future? We are not satisfied with just mapping out companies' skills needs. We want to understand their future, their challenges, and how SUA can become the partner they turn to for learning, development, and collaboration. This is the role we are looking for you to fill. The position lies at the intersection of academia and the business sector, and is perfect for those who want to work in an insight-driven, relationship-building, and curious manner.
Are you at the beginning of your career and want to take your first steps, or do you already have a few years of experience and want to take the next stride? Both are welcome!
As a business developer with us, you will become a key person in shaping the future's models and work processes for skills supply. You will maintain a dialogue with companies, analyze their future challenges and skills needs, and use this knowledge to develop training programs and forms of collaboration that create real value. With us, you will have plenty of room to take your own initiatives and develop in an environment that is constantly in motion.
